The reason why Adrian has the ability to find the right person is his knowledge
of how Business and Accounting actually works. For 15 years he worked in Banking
and Finance (mostly at UDC Finance, a wholly owned subsidiary of ANZ Banking
Group). During this time he worked alongside Business Owners; Shareholders;
and their Accountants - assisting them in the future planning and development
of their businesses by acquisition of plant and equipment, or by acquisition
of their competitors.
The client base included anything from small to medium sized privately owned
businesses, through to Multi-Nationals. In particular, Adrian specialised in
the Manufacturing Sector, which is typically a difficult area for Banks to fund,
given the specialised nature of the security offered - that is, the plant and
equipment. By analysing the performance of the entity, and future growth prospects,
Adrian was able to arrange suitable funding for expansion.
